This test is not a routine quality inspection process, but to accurately respond to the special needs of European customer Mr. Schmidt - to explore the light intensity variation law of specific models of lamps at different distances, and provide key data support for optimizing the lighting scheme of their overseas projects. ​


Behind Customer Needs: A Technology Collaboration Across Mountains and Seas
It all started with a cross-border email a week ago. Mr. Schmidt, a customer from Poland, showed a strong interest in the light concentration of YM's UV curing lamp lighting sample in close range scenes. Millimeter level accuracy in the laboratory: precise measurement of four distances
First, measure the distance of 0cm. This is the most special node, and the probe must be completely attached to the light emitting surface of the lamp without any gaps. ”Engineer Wang held the calibrated caliper and repeatedly adjusted the probe position until the gap between the two was confirmed to be 0mm, then signaled John to start reading. Next are 3cm, 5CM, 10CM distance tests.
